| Shipping Policy Please allow 10-14 business days for processing plus 7-10 days shipping of prescription items. Shipping charges are $13.00 US Dollars per package, not per drug for prescription items. Orders placed by husbands and wives will be treated as separate orders and will each be charged a shipping charge. In cooperation with Canada Post you may track your package online once it has been shipped. It takes 10-14 business days to process your prescriptions once we have your COMPLETE patient profile and your VALID American prescription, plus 7 to 10 business days for shipping. If you do not hear from us after this time, please call us at 1-800-275-2757 for your tracking number. Then you can track your order online.  Top |
